Radiator
Removal and installation of the radiator in the following order: - Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery; - Drain the coolant from the cooling system; - Remove from the vehicle front transverse panel lights;

- Loosen the clamps and remove the top 19 and bottom radiator hoses 17 (see. Fig. 4.4); - Disconnect the plug from the temperature sensor 8, the radiator fan; - Loosen the 4 mounting brackets; - Being careful, remove by lifting up the radiator from the vehicle 5; - Unscrew the bracket 13 and the air intake fan 3 from the radiator, then unscrew the nuts and disconnect the fans 15 and 16 of the air intake; - Unscrew the sensor 8 and gasket 7;
A WARNING Repair damaged radiator is better to entrust a specialized workshop. Small leaks can be eliminated independently, using the technology and formulations described in the automotive literature. |
- Check the radiator and if necessary, rinse it with clean water; - Wash the outside of the radiator with clean water and a soft brush, gently scrubbing down between the radiator elements of the leaves and the remains of insects. Installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following points: - Replace the rubber ring 6 on the guide at the bottom of the radiator; - When setting the top panel, align the holes for the two screws with the holes in the radiator; - Pour coolant in the cooling system; - Check the adjustment of headlights.
