Basic elements of the gearbox: 1 - a cover gear 5th gear; 2 - cover gasket gear 5th gear; 3 - a bolt of M10; 4 - the plug; 5 - the guide pin; 6 - a plug of inclusion of 5th transfer; 7 - sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of 5th transfer; 8 - a nave of the synchronizer of 5th transfer; 9 - a spring; 10 - a blocking ring of 5th transfer; 11 - gear 5th gear; 12 - the needle bearing; 13 - a bolt of M10; 14 - the plug; 15 - a conducted gear wheel of 5th transfer; 16 - a bolt; 17 - O-ring; 18 - the directing plug with sealing ring; 19 - drive flange; 20 - snap ring; 21 - a cover sleeve; 22 - clutch; 23 - the gearshift; 24 - a bolt; 25 - the guide pin; 26 - a bolt; 27 - snap ring; 28 - drive flange; 29 - a bolt; 30 - the guide pin; 31 - a cover sleeve

To disassemble the gearbox uses a special tool. Before disassembling the gearbox oil drain out of it and thoroughly clean the outer surface (Fig. 8.8).
Dismantling transmission sequence is as follows:
Remove the release bearing and release lever;
Remove the two screws on the guide sleeve release bearing and remove it;
Unscrew the cap gear 5th gear, remove the cover and cover gasket with the gearbox.
Remove the two screws on fork 5th gear.
remove the guide pin;
Remove the plug of inclusion of 5th transfer;
Unscrew gear 5th gear;

ATTENTION
Depending on the type of replacement parts necessary to perform the adjustment.

Secure shafts from turning, turning back at the same time, and fifth gear by moving the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of 5th transfer;
Loosen and remove the bolts of the primary and secondary shafts;
disconnect the rear and 5th gear by sliding down the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of the fifth transfer;
before installing the gear puller screw into the threaded hole end of the primary shaft bolt M10x20 - it will prevent the thread from damage;
gear puller remove 5th gear input shaft;
Remove the bolt and remove the two guide pins;
remove the sealing rings and, if necessary, replace them with new ones;
remove the flange plouosi. For this position under the flange of the mount or the steel plate and successively wrap the two 8 mm bolts in threaded holes on opposite sides of the screw flange until the flange is out of the gearbox. Put marks on the right and left flanges of the half-line;
Remove the half-axis of the shaft flange snap ring. To do this, secure the shaft in a vise with the jaws of a soft material, and with the help of pliers, remove the old and install the new spring ring;

Remove the gearshift. Before removing the shaft of the gearshift move it to the idle position, unscrew the two screws and remove the shaft from the gearbox (Fig. 8.11).
remove the guide pins of the gearbox;
Remove the oil fill hole and check the oil level of the gearbox;
Remove the magnet from the socket housing;
remove from the inside of the clutch drive the speedometer;

Location bolts support a secondary shaft

Loosen and remove the mounting bolts of the secondary shaft (Fig. 8.12);

Arrangement of bolts of the shaft reverse gear
Fig. 8.13. Arrangement of bolts of the shaft reverse gear: 1 - outer bolt; 2 - the inner bolt

Loosen and remove the bolts of the reverse gear shaft (Fig. 8.13). To perform this work requires special tools;
Remove the bolt and remove the fork reverse gear, and a return spring;
remove the reverse gear shaft and idler gear and remove the reverse gear;
Remove the crankcase the primary and secondary shafts and differential;
Replace the four gland ensuring a tight seal.
