Installing gearbox

Transmission installation procedure is as follows:

check that the guide pins in the cylinder block of the engine to the gearbox alignment, and if necessary install them;

lift the gear box and insert horizontally into engagement. If you are installing the drive shaft gearbox does not come in the clutch disc, slightly rotate the gearbox output shaft of the hand of the flange of the drive shaft;

Install the balancer on the beam front suspension and tighten the bolts;

Install the starter;

without tightening before the end, bolts left rear transmission mount.

remove the device for lifting the motor and tighten the front engine support without tightening the bolts until the end;

Install the clutch slave cylinder and tighten the screws regulated torque. On vehicles with mechanical drive clutch cable set;

Install drive shafts;

thermofilter set the drive shaft;

Install an exhaust system;

connect the wiring harness to the gearbox.

set the switching mechanism transmission.

Cars with a mechanical speedometer:

Attach the cable of a drive of a speedometer to a transmission.

Vehicles with electronic speedometer:

Connect an electric socket to the gauge of the speedometer;

check the oil level in the gearbox;

Lower the engine and the gearbox and tighten the mounting bolts regulated torque;

connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
