Cable Throttle Control
Cable throttle is very sensitive to bending, so installation should be handled with great care. Even a slight bend may cause breakage of the rope while driving. If any wire during removal was accidentally bent, it can not be reinstalled. Adjustment of a cable throttle control should be carried out as follows: - Press the accelerator pedal up to the stop and fix it in this position (a job best done with an assistant); - If the car has an automatic transmission, insert a wooden wedge thickness of 15 mm between the accelerator pedal and stop, then jam the pedal in this position; - Check whether the adjacent roller lever throttle limiter rail travel; - Otherwise remove the safety clip shown in Fig. 118, and to twist the cable sheath of the counter support as long as the throttle lever roller contacts the travel stop rail. In this position, re-insert the safety clip into the groove fastening;

- Check the adjustment. With proper adjustment of the roller lever throttle travel stop should touch the rails, the gap in the roller lever throttle should not exceed 1.0 mm.
