- Nasechnye pins 14 are used to fasten the wire 20;
- Air intake housing 15 has a regulating valve to heat the intake air;
- 17 Fuel hose clamps with spring-mounted terminals. The hose has a white marking and connected at the other end with the fuel filter;
- Recycling fuel hose 18 is secured with clamps with spring clips. The hose has a blue label and placed in the fuel tank;
- A lambda sensor 19, designated as an electrical schematic G39, mounted in front of the exhaust. If it is taken out, the setup should lubricate thread special plastic lubricant G5, and thus to prevent it from entering into the grooves on the sensor housing. Tightening torque is 55 Nm. The sensor is electrically heated. Reliable heating control is possible only in a workshop. Fuse number 18 and the relay for the fuel pump must operate reliably to ensure the functioning of the sensor.
To check the supply voltage, do the following:
- Remove the four-pole connector 21 and check it with the help of the battery connected between terminals 1 and 2 (see. Fig. 113) voltmeter after starting the engine. The reading should not be less than 11 V. If there is no check wiring connection. Again, switch the ignition off and a connector;

Check connector Lambda sensor

Laying of wiring harness on the engine during the installation of injection Mono-Motronic: 1 - the connection with "weight"; 2 - spring clips; 3 - oil pressure switch (F22); 4 - injector (N181) and temperature sensor (G42); 5 - insert the clip is mounted on the wiring harness; 6 - Throttle servo motor (V60) c idling switch (F60); 7 - Potentiometer throttle position (G69); 8 - a place of connection for heating the intake manifold (N51); 9 - knock sensor; 10 - a central pin; 11 - coolant temperature sensor (G62); 12 - Hall sensor (G40)

- A connector 21 (see. Fig. 111) connected to the lambda sensor and the lambda sensor heating. It is in the holder on the gearbox;
- Always replace the gasket 22;
- Which is under suction vacuum hose 25 extends between the inlet manifold and the brake booster;
- Water hose 26 is connected to the thermostat housing. He leads the coolant needed to heat the fuel.

Details of the bottom of the injection system 1 - throttle servo motor (V60); 2 - bolt 6 Nm; 3 - the switch of idling (F60); 4 - This protection against hold the throttle cable; 5 - the bottom part of the system; 6 - stop screw; 7 - a bolt 3 Nm; 8 - fastener; 9 - Connect the vacuum hose system with activated carbon filter; 10 - Connect the vacuum hose to the intake air heating system; 11 - O-ring (replace); 12 - potentiometer throttle

- Servo motor 1 (Fig. 116) adjusts the throttle opening and closing the throttle valve, a built-in switch of idling (electrical schematic - V60). When installing it is necessary to remember that the idling switch is actuated only by means of a plastic switch plates with stop screw;
- Switch 3 idling, controlled diagnostic system adjusts throttle position (in electrical circuits designated F60). When replacing a circuit breaker must also be replaced, and the servomotor 1 move the throttle. Tappet switch is installed with a certain clearance relative to the limiter, which can be measured only by using a special adapter that reduces the battery voltage to 6 V. The switch is about securing the throttle cable;
- This protection against 4 holds the throttle cable. The cable is adjusted by moving the fastening clamp on the counter support. Adjust the rope should be such that the roller lever throttle to ensure its full opening. The maximum permissible roll gap at the throttle lever is 1.0 mm;
- Stop screw 6 is used to adjust the throttle potentiometer 12 (this work should be done in an automobile repair shop). Stop screw is adjusted and sealed at the factory. Screw in any case can not turn away;
- In place of compound 9 joins the hose to the canister. When removing the connections necessary to replace them beyond the O-ring 11 of circular cross section;
- The connection 10 is connected through a hose to the intake air heating device;
- Throttle potentiometer 12 (electrical schematic symbols - G69) can not be setup. If he became insecure work, replace the lower part of the injector fuel injection system.
