Headlights

Sharan car as light sources use different halogen lamps, having, compared with conventional lamps, a large light output and increased lifetime. The main parts are incandescent lamps, reflector and diffuser. The reflector inside covered with special heat-resistant varnish, on which a thin layer of aluminum, creating a mirror reflective surface. The reflector is a parabolic mirror that reflects and focuses the light. The diffuser is made of a special glass and having at the inner side of a cylindrical lens, a prism and a plane parallel to that divert the reflected light reflector in a desired direction. In addition, each lamp is a stepper motor that rotates when the handwheel (located to the left of the steering wheel) adjusts the optical axis of the headlights.
