1 and 2 - the tube; 3 - a nut; 4 - bolt

1) Remove the master cylinder:
- Disconnect brake lines 1 and 2 from the master cylinder, muffle opening;
- Remove the bolts fastening the pressure reducing valve 4 to the bracket;
- 3 Remove the nuts securing the cylinder to the vacuum amplifier;
- Remove the bracket relief valve and master cylinder with O-ring;
2) Remove the vacuum brake booster:
- Remove from the interior dashboard, the retaining bracket, a washer and a pin with a pusher, remove the four screws of the vacuum brake booster;

- Clean the vacuum brake booster and the torpedo bulkhead;
- Put in the engine compartment of the new gasket brake servo and brake servo at bulkhead dashboard, making sure that the brake pedal is properly rose in the plunger;
- Put the salon four nuts (tighten to 25 N ? m), pin, washer and a retaining spring clip on the plunger, pribotnuyu panel;
- Check the brake light switch;
- Connect the vacuum hose to the vacuum brake booster; place holder for a pressure reducing valve;
4) set the master cylinder:
- Put a new O-ring on the master cylinder;
- Adjust the position of the master cylinder: the brake servo pushrod should properly stand in the master cylinder;
- Connect the brake pipes to the master cylinder and the bracket bolt and tighten the throttle valve with your fingers;
- Tighten the master cylinder nuts and bolt of a pressure reducing valve, tighten them to 25 Nm;
- Connect the level sensor in the brake fluid reservoir.
- Connect to the master cylinder reservoir hose brake fluid in the clutch (for vehicles with manual transmission);
5) Fill the tank with brake fluid, tighten the brake pipe, if it starts to leak brake fluid. Tighten 14 N ? m;
6) Replace the removed items:
- Preheating a hose;
- The cover of the connector;
- The air pump into the holder, tightening torque 10 Nm;
- The fuse box tightening torque of 10 Nm.
7) Check the pressure in the brake and clutch systems, if necessary, bleed them.
