Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the drain plug and drain into a suitable container gear oil from the gearbox.
  1. Remove the air filter.
  1. Disconnect the connector from the transmission range switch.
  1. Remove the solenoid connector and the connector from the oil temperature sensor.
  1. Remove the control cable.
  1. Remove the control cable clamp.
  1. Disconnect the hose from the oil cooler.
  1. Disconnect the connector from the speedometer.
  1. Remove the front wheels.
  1. Remove the starter.
  1. Remove the upper bolts gearbox.
  1. Remove the caliper front brakes.
  1. Disconnect from the knuckle ball rod end.
  1. Remove the speed sensor and remove the screws A-pillar to the steering knuckle.
  1. Remove the drive shaft and remove the nut on the left-hand nave.
  1. Special adaptation support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.
  1. Remove the transmission bracket.
    1. Remove the bolt support.

b. Turn (left) a bolt from the body.

c. Remove (upper) bolt from the body.

  1. Remove the front roll stopper from the bottom of the frame.
  1. Remove the rear roll stopper from the bottom of the frame.
  1. Remove the cover from the housing socket.
  1. Remove the bolts and remove the plate covering the torque converter.
  1. Remove the plate bolts to the engine block.
  1. Establish a jack under the bottom frame.
  1. Remove the lower bolts gearbox.
  1. Remove the front muffler.
  1. Remove the bolts of the lower frame.
  1. Establish a jack under the gearbox.
  1. Remove the lower bolts gearbox.
  1. Remove the gearbox.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Replace the front part of the transmission torque converter and set the transmission to the engine.

If the converter is first set to the motor when setting the gearbox may be damaged O-ring transmission.

  1. Install the transmission control cable and adjust as follows.
    1. Move the selector lever and the transmission range switch in position N and install the control cable transmission.
    2. When connecting the control cable mounting bracket to the transmission, select the clip so that it came into contact with the cable management.
    3. Adjusting nut, select any free wheeling in the control cable and check that the selector lever moves smoothly.
    4. Check that the control cable is properly adjusted.
