Removing and installing coil spring front suspension



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the wheel nuts, Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props. Remove the wheels.
  2. Mark the position and remove the front propeller shaft from the pinion of the differential cross (Chapter Clutch and transmission line), and then tie up the shaft of the piece of wire.
  3. Support the assembly of the bridge jack institutions under the differential or, preferably, two jacks - one on each side of the bridge (the latter is able to provide a better balance). Otboltite the bridge lower suspension arms (Section Removal and installation of the front suspension arms).
  4. Otboltite connecting links (stand) stabilizer and shock absorbers on the front axle suspension (Sections Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of transverse stability and its sleeves and Removal and installation of the front shock absorbers).
  5. Remove the bracket from the jet bridge post (Section Removal and installation of the transverse jet bar front suspension).
  6. Disconnect the tie rod from the middle of the steering mechanism bipod (Section Checking, removing and installing the steering gear).
  7. Slowly lower the assembly of the bridge so that the spring is fully stretched. If the bridge is backed by only one jack, ask the assistant in the process of lowering the bridge to maintain its right edge. Remove the spring retainer and remove the spring from under the car.
  1. Fasteners coil spring - after the spring is fully stretched Give bolts and remove the holder, then remove the spring through the space between the bridge and the frame.
  1. Check the spring for defects and corrosion that could cause its premature failure.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install the coil spring on the axle, place the holder on the lower coil springs and tighten the bolt holder.
  2. Lift bridge in the loading position and connect it to the crankcase lower suspension arms (Section Removal and installation of the front suspension arms). Tighten fixture with demanded effort.
  3. Connect the tie rod to the middle of the steering mechanism bipod (Section Checking, removing and installing the steering gear).
  4. Fix the jet rod in his arm on the bridge (Section Removal and installation of the transverse jet bar front suspension).
  5. Connect to the front of the axle stabilizer and shock absorbers (Sections Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of transverse stability and its sleeves and Removal and installation of the front shock absorbers).
  6. Connect the front propeller shaft to the holder crosses pinion differential (Chapter Clutch and transmission line).
  7. Install the wheels and their fastening nut, and then lower the car on the earth. Tighten the wheel nuts to the required torque (see. Specifications to the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
