Removing and installing front stabilizer lateral stability and bushings



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Cock a lay brake. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props. n
  2. Give nuts stabilizer bar to the connecting links (persistent). Pay attention to the order of installation on the rack top and bottom plates and bushing. If necessary, simply replace struts otboltite them from brackets bridge.
  1. To disconnect the stabilizer bar on the bridge give top nut rack (upper arrow); If the rack can not be replaced, the need of giving it lower fasteners (bolts and nuts) (lower arrow) is absent.
  1. The scheme of installation of plates and racks bushing stabilizer lateral stability (must be observed during assembly).
  1. Give fixing bolts of collars of plugs of the stabilizer and remove stabilizer bar from the vehicle.
  1. To disconnect the stabilizer bar from the frame give bolts of collars of plugs (arrows); check the condition of rubber plugs, if necessary, replace them.
  1. Remove the sleeve from the ends of the stabilizer bar and inspect them for cracks, hardening and other signs of aging of the material. Replace damaged plug. Also check the condition of plugs in the lower parts of the connecting nodes (poles) of the stabilizer, if necessary, replace the sleeve.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Put the sleeve on the stabilizer bar.
  2. Pull on the sleeve clamps and lift the stabilizer bar at the loading position. Screw the bracket bolts, but do not tighten them until the final.
  3. Install the stabilizer bar mounting nuts to the studs with their washers, spacer sleeves and rubber grommets and tighten the nuts with demanded effort.
  4. Tighten bolts with demanded effort brackets.
