Front bumper



1 - the pallet;
2 - grille;
3 - bottom bracket from the bumper;
4 - the front part of the bumper;
5 - bumper side plate;
6 - Central bumper bracket;
7 - an energy absorber made of foamed material;
8 - bumper reinforcement;
9 - upper bumper bracket;
10 - Front bumper Front;
11 - fog light.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the headlights.
2. Removal spend in the sequence shown in the figure, taking into account the following.
3. Open the hood and remove the grille.
4. Remove the spring combined lantern and disconnect the harness connector.
5. Remove the combination lamp.
6. Remove the mounting bolts and disconnect the connector lights.
7. Remove the headlamp.
8. Remove the screws that secure the top and bottom of the bumper bolts at the sides of the bumper.
9. Remove the screws of the arrow, and remove the pan.

10. Remove the bumper mounting bolts (arrows).
11. Remove the bumper assembly.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. After removing the bumper assembly from the body, remove the fasteners connecting the bumper fascia and fittings (indicated by arrows).
2. Remove the fasteners that attach the bumper trim to the bottom of the bumper (arrow).
3. Remove the bumper fascia, energy-absorbing foam and fittings.
4. Check the details.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

A warning

At installation use new fasteners

Torque: 16-24 N ??? m
