Hood



1 - seal;
2 - hood insulator;

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Removal spend in the sequence shown in the figure, taking into account the following.
2. Open the hood and fix it on a support.
3. Disconnect the hose flushing system.
4. Support the hood so that it fell after a reversing hinge bolts.

A warning

Removing the hood spend with assistants.


5. Remove the four screws on the hinges of the hood.
6. If necessary to remove the intake grille and remove the wiper arms
7. Remove the mounting tubes, unscrew the front wall of the intake grille and remove the grille.
8. Check the condition of all details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
9. Installation spend to sequences, return shown on drawing, taking into account the following.

10. Tighten the bonnet by hand.

11. Close the hood.
12. Check the clearance around the perimeter of the hood. If necessary, moving the hood to the elongated holes for bolts fastening the hood, adjust the hood so that the gaps around the perimeter are uniform and consistent with the desired value. After adjusting the position, tighten the screws of the hood.

Torque: 19-25 N ??? m
13. Loosen the screws that secure the lock and remove the insulator.
14. Adjust the bonnet lock wire after the alignment of the hood. Loosen the bolts and nuts securing the bonnet and align the lock with a dog on the hood.

Torque:
Bolts: 7,8-11 N ??? m
Nut: 19-25 N ??? m
