The front seats



1 - front seat;
2 - rear seat;
3 - a rear seat backrest;
4 - mounting bracket rear seat;
5 - motor adjustable longitudinal movement;
6 - Front lifting motor;
7 - rear lift motor;
8 - electric tilting backrest;
9 - electric switch seats.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Move the front seat all the way back.
2. Remove the two screws securing the front seats slide.
3. Move the front seat forward until it stops.
4. Remove the cap covering the nuts rear of the front seat slides and unscrew the nuts (arrows).
5. Remove the front seat.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the seat adjustment lever and gear lever backrest moved easily.
2. Check the tightness of the bolts securing the seat. If necessary, tighten the bolts to torque.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

3. Apply grease to the moving parts.

4. Check the wear of the seat adjustment lever.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Torque:
Mechanism bolts backrest: 34-56 N ??? m
Nut arm lift backrest: 17-25 N ??? m
