Wipers and windshield washer



1 - Wiper;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn on and turn off the windscreen wiper to the wiper arm with brushes stopped at the home position.
2. Remove the cover, turn the nut and remove the wiper arms.
3. Remove the six screws and remove the two fasteners.
4. Remove the air grille.
5. Open the hood and remove the four screws on the wiper motor.
6. Remove the nut.
7. Remove the lever and the guide shaft.
8. Remove the bolt and nut.
9. Remove the gear unit up from the bonnet of the driver.

10. Disconnect the connector from the wiper motor.

11. Remove the connected part of the transfer, and the wiper motor with a screwdriver.
12. Remove the wiper motor with the lattice.
13. Check the resistance by moving each of the rods by hand. If there is resistance to dismantle the mechanism and grease it.
14. Remove the wiper blade by pressing on the suspension inwards and downwards.
15. Check and replace the wiper blade assembly.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

A warning

Before installing, make sure the wiper motor and are in the stop position.


2. Set the linkage as follows:

- Insert the lever mechanism through the front wall panel from the driver;
- Align the holes and protrusions linkage assembly, and then set the lever mechanism by means of washers and nuts;

Tightening torque: 7-10 Nm

- Connect and install the wiper motor in the stop position.
3. Install the hinge and the wiper motor as follows:

- Fully extend the linkage assembly;
- Align the tongue and groove, and then install the wiper motor with the washers and nuts.

Tightening torque: 7-10 Nm

4. Place the lever and the wiper blade (driver's side) as follows:

- Put the brush on the wiper arm;
- Screw the nut lever.

Tightening torque: 10-14 Nm

5. Install the wiper arm and the wiper blade (right front) as follows:

- Put the brush on the wiper arm;
- Screw the nut of the lever;

Tightening torque: 10-14 Nm

- Move the brush in the stop position.

6. Using a needle or other sharp object, adjust the washer nozzles.
