PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove facing of the upper rear door frame, rear rack and a rear luggage rack.
3. Disconnect the rear window heater.
4. Remove the rear window edging.
5. Remove the glass separating the glass from the gasket with a standard electric or manual removable tool, or use the following procedure.

Using the awl make a hole in the seal. Pass through the opening end section of piano wire length of about 40 cm and attach to both ends of the bars.
6. Two people should take these bars, one inside and the other outside the car, and then cut the seal around the glass.
7. Remove the glass from the body.

A warning

Cut along the boundary between the glass and sealant.

In the case of a very strong heating of piano wire may break, so let it cool down periodically and do not work too long in one place.

If the glass is not reusable, the withdrawal can be made faster if instead of piano wire use a tool similar to that shown in the figure.



Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using a knife carefully align the seal on the body. Leave layer thickness of about 1-2 mm.

A warning

In the case of pitting old seal seal the new seal these places.


2. Thoroughly clean and remove any grease in the area of 5 cm around the perimeter of the glass and the adhesive remaining on the body.
3. Glue the trim around the perimeter of the glass at a distance of 7 mm from the edge.

A warning

Firmly stick the pad and let it dry.


4. Using a brush, apply a primer on the perimeter of the glass and the body and allow it to dry for 20-30 minutes.

A warning

Avoid contact surfaces primed with dirt, water, oil and so on. D., And do not touch them with your hands.


5. Install the spacer in the position shown in the figure.

A warning

Replace any broken clips with new ones.


6. When the primer is dry, apply using a syringe to seal roller repair sealant thickness of 11 mm at a width of 7 mm on the outer side of the glass.

A warning

Cut the nozzle of the cartridge repair sealant as shown in the figure.

If necessary, smooth the repair sealant to correct any irregularities.


7. Attach the rear window to the body.

A warning

In order not to expose the rear window of the pressure in the event of an abrupt closing of the door, keep the door window open until repair sealant has cured sufficiently.

Combine labels on glass with V-shaped grooves on the spacers.

The curing time of the repair seal
At 20 ?� C
Curing time surface: 1:00
The time required before the start of operation of the vehicle: 4:00
At a temperature of 35 ?� C
Time hardening the surface for 10 minutes.
The time required before the start of operation of the car: 2 hours


8. If necessary, remove any excess, or add a repair sealant.
9. Check for water leaks. Upon detection of a leak is well wipe the water and add a repair sealant.
10. After checking for leaks of water Refit the upper rear door frame, rear rack and a rear luggage rack.
11. Connect the rear window defogger.
