The front door



1 - a cover of the internal handle;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the internal handle, armrest, handle window and door trim.

A warning

For vehicles with power windows and locks the door, disconnect the harness connector.


3. Remove the door trim.

A warning

Carefully remove the door trim, so it can be reused.


4. Remove the shield door.

A warning

Remove the shield door carefully so that it can be reused.

If necessary, lubricate the door retainer.


5. Move the bolt glass door, so that it can be removed from the working opening.
6. Remove the bolt of the glass door, and then remove the guide glass door.
7. Remove the bolt of the door glass.
8. Remove the glass door by lifting it up.

A warning

Carefully remove the glass, so as not to damage it.


9. Remove the groove and seal.

A warning

The groove and seal are one piece.


10. Remove the bolts window, and then remove the windows through the operating hole.
11. Remove the window regulator, traction and adjusting nuts outside handle.
12. Remove the outside handle.
13. Remove the holder of the lock cylinder, and then remove the door lock actuator.
14. Remove the screws and the door lock assembly.
15. Remove the pin stop opening the door.
16. Remove the door hinge bolts and remove the door.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Door installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

A warning

Before installing glass doors, check that the seal has not been damaged glass door. After installing the window, adjust it so that the glass doors easily and smoothly move up and down.

If necessary, lubricate the door retainer.

Tightening torques, N ??? m
The door lock assembly: 4,2-6,18
Outside handle: 8,8-13
Glass guide: 7,8-11
Nut window: 8,8-13
Bolt window: 7,8-11
Doggie door lock: 18-26
Bolt the door hinges: 18-29



Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Make sure that the door is easy to close and there was no backlash. If necessary, loosen the screws securing the pawl and adjust the position of the door by moving the dog door lock vertically or horizontally.
2. Check the rear clearance between the door and body. If necessary, adjust the door, door lock pawl moving horizontally.

Torque: 18-27 N ??? m


Door hinges

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Open the door, and if the hinges are loose, tighten bolts the door hinges (indicated by arrows).
2. To adjust the gap between the door and body, loosen the door hinge bolts and perform the adjustment.

Torque: 17,64-29,4 N ??? m
