PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the inside rearview mirror, sun visor, overhead console, trim the top of the front door frame and the front pillars and windscreen fringing.
3. Remove the wiper.
4. Remove the glass separating the glass from the gasket with a standard electric or manual removable tool, or use the following procedure. Using the awl make a hole in the seal. Pass through the opening end section of piano wire (about 40 cm in length and attach to both ends of the bars.
	5. Two people should take these bars, one inside and the other outside the car, and then cut the seal around the glass.
6. Remove the glass from the body.
7. Remove the edging from the glass
A warning Place a plastic plate under the piano wire where it touches the instrument panel, and then move the plate along the section cut. Cut along the boundary between the glass and sealant. In the case of a very strong heating of piano wire may break, so let it cool down periodically and do not work too long in one place. 	1. Using a knife carefully align the seal on the body. Leave layer thickness of about 1-2 mm.

2. Thoroughly clean and remove any grease in the area of 5 cm around the perimeter of the glass and the adhesive remaining on the body.
3. Apply the first coat of primer on the perimeter of the glass at a distance of 15 mm from the edge.
	4. Glue the trim around the perimeter of the glass at a distance of 13 mm from the edge.
A warning Firmly stick the pad and let it dry.
	5. Install the edging on the glass.
	6. With a brush, apply a primer on the perimeter of the glass and the body and allow it to dry for 20-30 minutes.
A warning Avoid contact surfaces primed with dirt, water, oil and so on. D., And do not touch them with your hands.
	7. Install the spacers and clamps in the position shown in the figure.
8. When the primer is dry, apply using a syringe to seal roller repair sealant thickness of 11 mm at a distance of 8 mm from the edge of the glass.
	A warning Cut the nozzle of the cartridge repair sealant as shown in the figure. If necessary, smooth the sealant layer maintenance to correct any irregularities.

	9. If necessary, remove any excess, or add a repair sealant.
	10. Check for water leaks. If you find a leak, carefully wipe the water and add a repair sealant (V001. 77,739).
11. After checking for leaks of water, set the finishing stand, the panel of the front wall, the front wall of the grille, windscreen wiper and so on. D.
	12. Install the rear-view mirror, sun visor, overhead console, trim the top of the front door frame and the front pillars and windscreen fringing.
