Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Attach the tachometer to the diagnosis connector.
2. Let the engine warm up to normal operating temperature and allow to work in an idling mode.
3. Make sure that the shut-off valve actuator rod is extended.
4. Gradually increase the speed of the crankshaft of the engine to 5000 min -1, and make sure the check valve actuator rod retracts at 5000 min -1.

Checking drive check valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the drive and connect the vacuum pump.
2. Create a vacuum and make sure that the rod is pulled into the drive at a vacuum of 200 mm Hg

Check the solenoid valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the hose from the solenoid valve.
2. Make sure that the air flows in the direction of the hose "A" to "B".
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the valve and apply a positive voltage from the battery.
4. Make sure that the air passes through the hose "A" to the air filter as shown in the figure.

Voltage test on the solenoid valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check the voltage on the solenoid valve of pressurisation with changeable length of an inlet path, which should correspond to the values given in the table.
