Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Disconnect a hose and crankcase ventilation hose. | 2. Remove the water pump pulley and the crankshaft pulley. | 3. Remove the cover of a gear belt. | 4. Loosen the bolt of the pulley mechanism of a tension of a gear belt, pull the pulley to the side and secure it in this position. | 5. Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley. | 6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the motor from the center cover. | 7. Remove the ignition coils. | 8. Remove the bolts and remove the cylinder head cover. | | 9. Remove the bolt and remove the camshaft pulley. | 10. Remove the camshaft and timing belt. | 11. Remove camshaft. | 12. Remove the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves. |
|
Checking (engine A5D) PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Place the first and last cervical camshaft on V-shaped blocks. | 2. Place the measuring head dial indicator to the middle neck bearing of the camshaft and install the indicator scale to 0. | | 3. Turn the camshaft and measure its palpation. Maximum permissible camshaft runout: 0.03 mm | 4. Check the camshaft to the absence of uneven wear, cracks or damage. | | 5. In the two points, measure the height of each cam camshaft. The height of the cams of the intake and exhaust camshafts: Rated - 42.870 mm The minimum allowable - 42,868 mm | | 6. In the two perpendicular directions, and the two planes, measure the diameter of the neck of each camshaft. Nominal Diameter: 33,961-34,000 mm The minimum allowable diameter: 26.910 mm Maximum allowable roundness: 0.03 mm | | 7. If the wear of cams and cam bearing journals exceeds the limit, replace the camshaft. | 8. Measure the clearance in the bearings of camshafts in remote hydraulic valve compensators. | 9. Clean the grease from the neck bearing camshaft bearings in the cover and the camshaft bearings into the cylinder head. | 10. Install the camshafts on the cylinder head. | 11. In order to measure the clearance using a plastic calibrated round bar Plastigauge. Plastigauge rod is compressed between the bearing and the neck of the camshaft. After removing the camshaft bearing cap deformed plastic rod Plastigauge measured by a special pattern, which is available in the kit. Cut pieces of plastic rod and place them on the neck of a camshaft. | 12. After the installation of plastic rods do not turn the camshafts. | | 13. Install the camshaft cover. | 14. Install the cover bolts camshaft and tighten them in stages. The inhaling moment: 11,2-14,2 N ??? m | 15. Remove the cover bolts camshaft. | 16. Remove the camshaft. | | 17. By measuring the pattern width of the deformed plastic core, identify gaps in the camshaft bearings. Nominal backlash: 0,035-0,081 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,15 mm | 18. If the backlash exceeds the limit, replace the cylinder head. | 19. Install the camshafts. | 20. Establish a measuring tip of a dial indicator on the end of the camshaft. | 21. Move a camshaft along the axis of the way to one side. | 22. Establish an arrow of a dial indicator to 0. | 23. Move a camshaft along the axis of the way to the other side. | | 24. Review the evidence on the dial gauge, which shows the amount of axial play of the camshaft. Nominal axial clearance: 0,067-0,137 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0.147 mm |

Checking (engine A3E) PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. The height of the cams of the inlet camshaft: Rated - 36.3422 mm The minimum allowable - 36.3402 mm Height cams exhaust camshaft: Rated - 36.0752 mm The minimum allowable - 36.0732 mm | | 6. In the two perpendicular directions, and the two planes, measure the diameter of each camshaft necks. 1 and 3 cervical camshaft: 43,440-43,460 mm 2 neck camshaft: 43,430-43,455 mm |
