Checking the connecting rod and indigenous inserts
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Check the connecting rod and indigenous inserts the absence of local corrosion, and other development. |
|
Selecting the root liners Crankshaft Identify the codes on the cylinder block and crankshaft.
Code on the crankshaft | Code on the cylinder block | A | ??? | FROM | A | black | blue | red | ??? | brown | black | blue | FROM | green | brown | black |
The size of the hole to insert the indigenous Code | The size of the hole to insert the indigenous | A | 54,000-54,006 mm | ??? | 54,006-54,012 mm | FROM | 54,012-54,016 mm |
The thickness of the indigenous liner Root liner | Thickness | Standard size | yellow | 2,007-2,010 mm | green | 2,010-2,013 mm | Cinnamon. | 2,013-2,016 mm | black | 2,016-2,019 mm | blue | 2,019-2,022 mm | red | 2,022-2,025 mm | Actual size | 0.25 mm | 2,133-2,137 mm | 0.5 mm | 2,258-2,262 mm | 0.75 mm | 2,338-2,387 mm |
Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Clean the indigenous and crank pins of grease and lubrication holes blow compressed air. | | 2. Install main bearing shells on the engine block. | 3. Establish persistent half rings of a cranked shaft. | 4. Install the crankshaft main bearing shells in the cylinder block. | 5. Install the remaining main bearing shells in main bearing caps of the crankshaft. | | 6. Place the pieces of plastic dipstick Plastigauge on the necks of the crankshaft bearing. | 7. In accordance with the label, set the crankshaft bearing caps. | 8. Tighten the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft. Torque: 54-59 N ??? m | A warning Do not turn the crankshaft when measuring the gap crankshaft bearing.
| | 9. Remove the screws and remove the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft. The measuring template measure width of deformed plastic core Plastigauge and define backlash size. | A warning The widest portion of the rod Plastigauge corresponds to the smallest gap and the narrowest portion corresponds to the largest gap.
| 10. If the backlash exceeds the limit, pereshlifuyte crankshaft journal and use repair loose leaves of the increased size. Nominal backlash: 0,018-0,036 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,08 mm | 11. Remove the crankshaft to the cylinder and remove the deformed plastic core Plastigauge with the crankshaft journals and main bearing shells. | 12. Apply a thin coat of engine oil to the main bearing shells in the cylinder block and install the crankshaft inserts. | 13. Apply a thin coat of engine oil to the crankshaft main journals and loose leaves in covers of radical bearings. | 14. In accordance with the marking install main bearing caps of the crankshaft. | | 15. In certain sequence tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings of the crankshaft. Torque: 54-59 N ??? m | 16. Turn a cranked shaft and check that it rotates easily and smoothly. | 17. Establish a measuring tip of a dial indicator on the front end of the crankshaft. | 18. Move the crankshaft axis to stop and set the scale of dial gauge to zero. | | 19. Move the crankshaft axis to the other side to stop and read the values of axial clearance on the scale indicator. Crankshaft end play: 0,080-0,282 mm | 20. If the axial play exceeds the allowable value, replace persistent half rings of a cranked shaft. | | Thickness of persistent half rings
Stubborn semicircle | Thickness | Rated | 2,500-2,550 | Nominal (0.25) | 2,625-2,675 | Nominal (0.50) | 2,750-2,800 | Nominal (0.75) | 2,875-2,925 |
| 21. Manually install the O-ring in the back cover of the cylinder. Special adaptation push the O-ring in the back cover so that the end of the ring is flush with the cover. | 22. Replace the back cover and fix bolts. | 23. Install the pistons with rods. | 24. Install the flywheel, the front cover, cylinder head, oil sump and timing belt. |
