Crankshaft



Crankshaft

1 - a bolt, 54-59 N ??? m;
2 - radical loose leaves;
3 - crankshaft;
4 - radical loose leaves;
5 - a cover of the crankshaft bearing

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the timing belt front cover, cylinder head, the flywheel and the oil pan.
2. Remove the back cover of the cylinder and the rear sealing ring.
3. Mark the cover rods and cranks in accordance with the number of cylinders in which they are installed.

A warning

Note rods and covers of rods so that when you install them in the correct position and direction. Incorrect installation of rods will be disrupted supply of lubricant in the connecting rod bearings, causing rapid damage to them.


4. Turn the crankshaft of the engine so that the pistons of the second and third cylinders installed to the bottom dead center and similarly label the connecting rods and connecting rod cover.
5. Remove the nuts of the connecting rod cap and light blows a plastic hammer knock the cover.
6. Remove the connecting rod cap.

A warning

To protect the crankshaft journals put on bolts of covers of rods pieces of a rubber or plastic tube.


7 pieces of wood or hammer handle push the piston rod of the cylinder.

A warning

Note the location and orientation of the main bearing caps of the crankshaft in order to subsequently install them to their original locations.


8. Remove the screws, remove the crankshaft bearing caps and crankshaft. Keep radical loose leaves together with the corresponding lids crankshaft bearing.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the neck main and connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft for wear and generation.
2. Check the opening for lubricating the crankshaft to clogging.
3. Place the first and last cervical crankshaft bearing on the V-shaped blocks.

4. Install the measuring head dial indicator, the average crankshaft bearing journal and set the dial indicator to 0. Turn the crankshaft and measure its palpation. If the runout exceeds the nominal heartbeat, replace the crankshaft.

Heartbeat: 0.04 mm

5. If you have a development or oval pereshlifuyte crankshaft.
6. reground crankshaft journals is carried out only until the next repair size.
7. If the crankshaft reground to repair size 0.50 mm, draw the heat treatment of the shaft to increase its durability.

The diameters of the necks of the crankshaft bearing:
1st repair size (0.25 mm): 49,688-49,706 mm
2nd repair size (0.50 mm): 49,438-49,456 mm
3rd oversize (0.75 mm): 49,188-49,206
The diameters of the necks connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft:
1st repair size (0.25 mm): 39,690-39,706 mm
2nd repair size (0.50 mm): 39,440-39,456 mm
3rd oversize (0.75 mm): 39,190-39,206 mm
