PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the thermometer in the tank popolnitelny power steering.

A warning

To avoid damage do not hold the steering wheel is turned fully over 10 seconds.

2. Start up the engine and warm up the power steering fluid to a temperature of 50 ~ 60 ? C. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times.
3. On the car standing on a firm, level surface, set the front wheels to straight-line motion.

4. Leave the engine running at idle speed and hook the dynamometer for a steering wheel spoke in a place the most remote from the center of the wheel. With the front wheels established for rectilinear movement, measure the force that must be applied to the steering wheel to turn the wheel left and right.

Force: 39 N (4 kg)

5. If the measured force is greater than the desired value, check the fluid level, the lack of air in the fluid leaks in hoses and their connections, the work of the power steering pump and steering gear and the pressure in the tires of the front wheels.
6. Remove the thermometer.
