Removal of bearings of differential
A warning  Do not remove the ball bearings unless it must be replaced.

A warning Be careful not to drop a differential box.

Check | PERFORMANCE ORDER | Check the condition of all the components of the differential and, if necessary, replace them. |

Installing crown wheel | PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | Inspect the ring gear driven gear for wear and cracks. When replacing parts, adjust the bearing preload. |

Installation of bearings Check the play between the side gear and the satellite
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Install the left and right drive shafts in the differential. | | 2. Install the drive shafts in a V-shaped blocks. |  | 3. dial indicator, measure the backlash. Backlash: 0-0.1 mm | | 4. If the backlash exceeds admissible limits, replace the damaged and worn parts. |
