Removing and installing transmission



Manual Transmission

1 - the storage battery;
2 - intake of fresh air;
3 - The air filter assembly;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the first wire from the negative battery terminal, then from positive.
2. Remove the bolt and nut and remove the intake of fresh air.
3. Disconnect the inlet air to the intake manifold, connectors pickoff air flow and temperature into the engine air, remove the two bolts and nuts, and remove the air filter assembly.
4. Disconnect the reverse gear switch.
5. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor is located on the right side of the gearbox.
6. Turn out one bolt and disconnect a wire of connection with "weight".
7. Disconnect transducer connector crank angle.
8. Remove the top bolt of fastening of a starter.
9. Remove the three screws on the clutch housing.
10. Special adaptation OK201 170 AA0 support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.
11. Remove the mounting bolts of the power unit ?��4 (three bolts on the gearbox) and remove the support.
12. Loosen the screws on both front wheels.
13. Lift the car and fix on support.
14. Remove both front wheels.
15. Remove the six screws and remove the two mudguard.
16. Remove the two screws and four nuts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
17. Set the pan under the oil drain plug from the gearbox.
18. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil from the gearbox.
19. Release the clamp holder, take aside the clutch hydraulic tube, remove the two screws and remove clutch slave cylinder.
20. Remove the four screws on the support ?��2 power units and remove the support.
21. Remove the four screws (two in front, two rear) mounting the catalytic converter and remove it.
22. Remove the three screws, and loosen the nut support ?��1 power unit.
23. Remove the nut and disconnect from a transmission draft of a choice of transfers.
24. Remove the nut and bolt, remove the clamp and disconnect draft of a gear change from a transmission.
25. Remove the pins, remove the nuts and disconnect the left and right tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
26. Remove the bolt and nut on each side and remove the earrings stabilizer bar.
27. Remove the coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever downwards and separate a pin joint from the steering knuckle on both sides of the car.
28. Insert mount between an internal SHRUS drive shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount, remove the drive shaft of the transmission.
29. Remove the three bolts and remove the support of the drive shaft with the engine block.
30. Remove the inner CV joints drive shafts from gearbox and cover the holes opened up after the removal of trees, plastic caps OK201 270 014.
31. Remove the lower starter mounting bolts and remove the starter.
32. Remove the three screws on the lower clutch and then support a transmission jack, and remove the last two screws on the clutch housing.
33. Carefully separate the transmission from the engine and slowly lower it under the car.

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. On a jack lift a transmission and establish it under the car.
3. Slowly lifting and moving to the engine, establish a transmission into place.
4. Secure the gearbox on the engine five bolts screwed through the clutch housing.

Torque: 37-52 N ??? m

5. Lower the jack.
6. Remove the plastic plugs OK201 270 014 with gearbox.
7. Install the starter and tighten the bottom bolt of fastening of a starter.
8. Install retaining ring at the inner end of the drive shaft.
9. push, insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.
10. Install the drive shaft bearing on the engine block and secure it with three screws.

Torque: 43-52 N ??? m

11. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right bottom levers in rotary fists and fix their coupling bolts.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

12. Install the left and right earrings of the stabilizer and fix them.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

13. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right tips of steering drafts in rotary fists and fix their nuts.

Torque: 30-44 N ??? m

14. cotter lock nut from loosening.
15. Connect draft of a gear change and fix its nuts and bolts.
16. Connect draft of a choice of transfers and fix its nut and two washers.
17. Establish a support ?��1 power unit and secure it with three screws.

Torque: 67-93 N ??? m

18. Fit the catalytic converter.

Torque:
Front: 37-52 N ??? m
Backside: 42-61 N ??? m

19. Establish a support ?��2 power units and secure it with four screws.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

20. Install the clutch slave cylinder, fix its two bolts and connect a hydraulic tube.

Torque: 18-26 N ??? m

21. Screw in the oil drain plug into the gearbox.
22. Install the engine protection plate and fasten the bolts and nuts.

Torque: 64-89 N ??? m

23. Establish a support ?��2 power units and fix it.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

24. Install the two mudguard and fix their bolts.
25. Install the front wheels and fix their nuts.

Torque: 88-118 N ??? m

26. Establish a support ?��2 power units and fix its three bolts on the gearbox.

Torque: 55-80 N ??? m

27. Lower the car.
28. Remove special adaptation OK201 170 AA0, supporting the engine.
29. Screw the three screws clutch housing to the engine block of the engine.

Torque: 89-116 N ??? m

30. Replace the two top bolts of fastening of a starter.

Torque: 37-52 N ??? m

31. Connect the sensor crank angle.
32. Connect the connection with "weight" and secure it with a bolt.
33. Connect the vehicle speed sensor.
34. Connect the reversing light switch.
35. Install the air filter housing.
36. Connect temperature sensor to the engine air.
37. Connect air flow meter sensor.
38. Connect the diagnostic connector.
39. Install the intake of fresh air and fix its bolt and nut.
40. Connect the first wire to the positive terminal of the battery, and then to negative.
41. Fill the gearbox.
42. Carry out road test the vehicle and check the fluid levels.
