Dashboard - general information, removal and installation of components general information The instrument panel is made of plastic and has a metal reinforcing frame. The panel consists of three main sections: left, center and right. The structure of the central section of the control panel consists of the operation of the heating / ventilation / air conditioning, radio, cigarette lighter and ashtray front. The right section is the glove box and, at the appropriate equipment - passenger airbag. Removal and installation of components | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.

Panel finishes | - Disconnect the appropriate wiring and remove the console panel.
 | - Turn out fixing screws and remove the finishing panel - do not forget to disconnect the wiring from the corresponding circuit breakers.

- Installation is in the reverse order.

Device combination | - Remove the finishing panel.
 | - Remove the four fixing screws and release the combination of the instrument panel.

- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the meter and remove the instrument cluster.

Bottom cover |  | - Remove the fixing screws and remove the bottom cover of the instrument panel.

Glovebox |  | - Remove the screws and remove the glove box assembly from the instrument panel.

Handle the drive release latch bonnet |  | - Remove the retaining screw and remove the handle (1).

Panel-pillar trim |  | - Hooking a suitable tool, remove the trim panel front pillars.

Left cover | - Remove the fixing screws and remove the left cover of the instrument panel.

Right Cover | - Remove the glovebox.

|
Radio | - Make sure the battery is disconnected.
 | - Remove the four fixing screws and release the assembly from the radio dashboard.
|
- Disconnect the electrical wiring and antenna cable, and finally remove the radio from the instrument panel.
- Installation is in the reverse order.

Control panel operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning | - Make sure the battery is disconnected.
- Remove the trim panel.
 | - Remove the four fixing screws and release the assembly of switches control the operation of heating, ventilation and K / B of the dashboard.

- Disconnect supplied to the rear of the switch panel wiring.
- Remove the glovebox.
- Gently hold the plastic catches, disconnect from the control switches the drive cables.
- Finally, remove the assembly control switches.

T-shaped frame | - Remove the steering wheel (see chap. Suspension and steering).
- Remove the left cover of the instrument panel.

- Remove the front section of the center console (see. Section Removal and installation of the central console).
- Remove the knee stop assembly.
- Remove the steering wheel (see chap. Suspension and steering).
- Remove the left under the instrument panel support bracket assembly block of the relay.
- Remove the drive release latch handle the bonnet.
- Remove the trim panel of the front struts.
- Remove the left cover of the instrument panel.
 | - Remove the two mounting bolts on the left at the T-shaped frame.

- Remove the front ashtray.

- Remove the body of the instrument panel.
