Panel Switch

The scheme of distribution of air submitted to salon

Control panel operation of ventilation systems, heating and air conditioning is shown in the (see. Some car equipment, arrangement of devices and controls). It also shows the location of the switches K / V and air recirculation.

The composition of the panel consists of three rotary knob labeled inscriptions TEMP, FAN, and MODE.

TEMP grip of the left panel is used to select temperature supplied through the dashboard air vents.

In the center panel is placed handle speed controller heater fan (FAN), which has four fixed positions:

OFF - Fan off.

1 - Low-speed mode.

2 - normal operation.

3 - The first high-speed mode.

4 - The second high-speed mode (maximum speed).

Fan heater operates only when the ignition is switched on.

The right side panel is placed five-way direction control handle air distribution (MODE):

The group of switches located directly above the control panel includes two switches that are relevant to the operation of ventilation / air-conditioning the passenger compartment: the switch K / B and switch air recirculation (see. Section Controls and interior equipment).
