The diesel engine (2,2 / 2,5)




Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of "weight" (-) battery.
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


2. Remove the fan casing (7) and put it on top of the fan.
3. Remove the air hose (21) by removing the fixing clamp.
4. Disconnect the cable channel (3) from the front wall of the body.
5. Remove the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
6. Drain the coolant.
7. Drain the engine oil.
8. Remove the front exhaust pipe from a collector.
9. Remove the brackets of the exhaust pipe from the gearbox.
10. Remove the oil heat exchanger / cooling liquid (4).
11. Remove the stabilizer.
12. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the cylinder head and coolant pump housing, having loosened and throwing fixing clamps.
13. Disconnect the positive cable (X4) from its place of attachment to the bottom of the car and put on the engine.
14. Remove the speed sensor.
15. Disconnect plug the oil level sensor (22).
16. Remove the rear lower screws (14) engine mounts.
17. Remove the front lower bolts (12) engine mounts.
18. Automatic gearbox: Unscrew the oil line transmission (11/13) on the hood of a transmission.
19. Pick up the engine for the front and rear lugs.
20. Remove the bolts (6 / 6a) of the oil pan. If necessary, remove the bracket (10) electric wire the oil level sensor (543), and conducts the "masses" (w11 / 1) on the cover transmission (with automatic transmission: a set of cables transmission (15/16)).
21. Raise the engine as horizontal as possible.
22. Remove the sump (8) in the direction of the bottom front. If necessary, slightly rotate the crankshaft. With automatic transmission gearbox oil lines move slightly to the side. Make sure that does not fall adjusting sleeve (17).
23. Thoroughly clean the sealing surface of the oil pan and crankcase.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check whether the engine block of the adjusting sleeve (17).
2. Lock via the sealant, e.g., Omnifit-FD, a new gasket (9) in the engine block.
3. Install the oil pan, orient it with respect to the contact surface gearbox and evenly hand tighten the bolts. Then alternately tighten the bolts to the following points:
1. Bolt M 8 x 40 - 25 Nm
2. Screw M 6 x 35 - 10 Nm
3. Screw M 6 x 85 - 10 Nm
4. Screw M 6 x 20 - 10 Nm
5. Bolt M 10 x 40 - 40 Nm
4a. Bolt M 6 x 20 (hexagon socket) - 10 Nm
4b. Bolt M 6 x 75 (hexagon socket) - 10 Nm
4a and 4b - only with automatic transmission

A warning

If the oil pan is not oriented in the direction of transmission, then it may subsequently cause noise.


3. Lower the engine.
4. Put the plug oil level sensor.
5. Screw the speed sensor.
6. Connect the positive cable to the underside of the car on the left.
7. Attach the coolant hoses on the cylinder head and coolant pump housing and secure with clamps.
8. Install the stabilizer.
9. Install the heat exchanger oil / coolant.
10. Tighten the front exhaust pipe to the collector, to an arm of the exhaust pipe at the checkpoint.
11. Establish the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
12. Install the fan casing, adjust and tighten the clamps.
13. Attach the air hose and tighten the clamp screw.
14. Pour the engine oil.
15. Fill the coolant.
16. Attach the "weight" of the battery (-).
17. Set the clock.
18. Set the anti-theft code for the radio.
19. Start the engine and check the tightness of the oil pan.
