Troubleshooting injection system and power

CAUSE
REMEDY
The motor shaft rotates oval, high fuel consumption, low power engine
Defective nozzle Replace the nozzle.
Injectors leaking (drops), contaminated Replace the nozzle.
Stuck or broken needle injector Replace the nozzle needle.
OFFSET start the pump Check the adjustment of the start of the pump.
Faulty high pressure fuel pump Install a new high pressure pump.
The engine has a mechanical defect; leaky valves, worn cylinders / pistons, gaskets cylinder head, the restriction in the exhaust system Check the compression, check the engine mount / bearing of the motor shaft.
Problems with idling
Heavy cable stroke by pressing the accelerator pedal Adjust throttle cable so that it is easy to navigate.
Oval movement of the shaft of the engine idling and the engine is cold, too high speed when the engine is hot Check the vacuum hoses for increasing the speed at idle.
Not attached to the fuel injection pump and fuel filter / faulty fuel Check the hard landing, if necessary, replace tubing.
Loose screw connections for high pressure fuel pump Check the base plate to crack or break, if necessary, replace tubing.
Faulty fuel supply system Dirty fuel filter or contaminated fuel leaking hydraulic lines and drain the fuel of high pressure or fuel tank vent line, curved or tapered at the joints.
Too high fuel consumption
Air filter clogged, leaking power system Clean or replace the filter element. Visually inspect all fuel leaks (inlet, drain, high pressure pipes, fuel filter and fuel pump).
Clogged Drain Lines Loosen the fuel high pressure pump discharge line. Start the engine and check whether the fuel acts. Blow air drain the hose from the high pressure fuel pump to the fuel tank.
Too high engine speed when idling Check the engine speed at idle and the possibility of its reduction.
Too low engine power
Testing conditions: the speedometer should be normal; tire size fit standard equipment; wheels (brake bearing wheel hubs) to be blocked, the clutch and clutch control actuator must be in a normal state; running process to be completed. Speed should not be reduced under the additional equipment (luggage on the roof, etc.). To determine the maximum recommended speed drive even test site in both directions, approximately 1000 meters in order to determine the maximum speed with a stopwatch.
Not achieved the throttle lever stop, limiting its maximum opening Adjust wire throttle control.
Dirty air filter Clean or replace the filter element.
Air bubbles in the fuel line from the filter to the fuel pump / high pressure fuel pump Check the fuel supply line and filter. Loose or leaking fuel filter; leaking fuel supply line between the tank and the fuel filter; leaky line connection on the fuel filter.
Faulty fuel Visually inspect all fuel leaks (inlet, drain, high pressure pipe) from the fuel filter and the high pressure fuel pump.
