PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover the ignition distributor.
  2. Jack up the rear of the car, turn on the IV gear and turn the crankshaft of the engine by turning over the crankshaft pulley bolt so that the fiber cushion hammer chopper rested on the toe of one of the cam roller drive of the distributor of ignition.
  3. Loosen the screw securing the fixed contact and adjust the gap between the contacts using a set of shims (see. Adjusting data in the "Design and specifications - Ignition System").
  4. Tighten the screw that secures the fixed contact, turn the crankshaft of the engine a few turns to ensure proper adjustment of the gap between the contacts.
