Checking injectors

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Serviceability of the nozzles is best to check with the help of the control unit Bosch 6E84.100.202 in positions 6-10 switch programs. If not, the serviceability of the nozzles can be checked as follows:
  2. Disconnect from atomizers.
  3. Turn on the ignition.
  4. Check voltmeter on both contact pads. Electrical and electronic control unit are correct, if the meter reads the same voltage at both terminals.

The nozzles are designed for voltage of 3 V.

  5. Attach the pads to the nozzles.
  6. Stop the fuel feed line to the nozzle trigger.
  7. Remove the nozzle.
  8. Disconnect the ignition distributor.
  9. Turn the starter. Nozzles must inject fuel at regular intervals.
