Airflow Meter

Meter of air injection system "K-Jetronic"

1 - venturi
2 - paring disc
3 - the adjusting screw of quality (structure) of the mixture
4 - counterweight

5 - lock screw
6 - a lead distributor plunger
7 - an adjusting lever
8 - Pressure disc movable arm

Air flow meter is a Venturi tube 1 inside which moves the pressure disk 2 mounted on the movable arm 8. The displacement of the pressure disk is transmitted through the lever on plug distributor fuel distributor-dispenser. The balance of the parallel displacement of the pressure disk and the air flow meter is provided a counterweight to the distributor plunger 4.

Using three screw adjusts the relative position of the pressure disk and the ram air flow meter dosing fuel, thereby changing the air fuel ratio in the mixture in all operating points of the acceleration. The position of the screw 3 is adjusted at the factory. If necessary, you can adjust the screw 3 carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gas (when wrapping the mixture is depleted).
