Replacing brake fluid

Brake fluid absorbs moisture easily, thereby reducing its boiling point and at the same time increases the likelihood of corrosion of the brake system. Therefore it is recommended to replace the brake fluid annually.

The process of replacing the brake fluid generally resembles pumping system. The main difference lies in the fact that the replacement of the brake fluid should be poured from the new sealed containers, and after the tank is filled, the assistant should swing the brake pedal approximately 10 times, while you in turn will open the drain screw on each brake bracket (caliper). This will ensure completion of all lines of fresh brake fluid.
