Check valve further fuel supply



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The valve should be fully open when the coolant temperature is 20 ?� C and shut down when its increase to 70 ?� C.
  2. To check the valve on the engine is cold, remove the valve box and Blow into it: the air must pass. If not, then the valve is defective.
  3. To check the valve on the hot engine start the engine and let it run at idle press a hose between the valve and manifold. The engine speed should not be at the same time change. Changing engine speed indicates seizing control of the plunger and the need for valve replacement.
  4. To replace the valve drain the coolant, disconnect the coolant hoses and remove the valve.
  5. When installing a new valve, replace the gasket.
