PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material to prepare for the removal of the engine submitted for interfacing. illustrations - which include all the links in the text.
  2. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  3. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  4. Lift the fan assembly of the cooling system (3 - impeller with viscous coupling) (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
  5. Remove the cover of the cooling fan (2) (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
  6. Set the screen to protect the radiator / condenser K / V.
  7. Remove the air cleaner assembly (1).
  8. Remove the accessory drive belt (4) (see chap. Engine).
  9. Disconnect the throttle actuator rod (5).
  10. Disconnect the brake booster vacuum line (7) and the regeneration path (6).
  11. Disconnect the fuel line (9).
  12. Remove the expansion tank (8).
  13. Disconnect the hoses of the cooling path (10, 11, 12, 13 and 14)
  14. Disconnect the connector (s) of the engine wiring harness.
  15. Otbolite steering pump (26).
  16. Remove the upper bolts of the dome of transmission to the engine.
  17. Remove the starter motor (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
  18. Remove the exhaust manifold from the exhaust pipe of the exhaust system (16).
  19. Otboltite from the front pipe mounting bracket (15).
  20. Remove the bolts of the support bracket of the exhaust system (17) to the transmission housing.
  21. Otboltite compressor K / V (25) and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator path, take the assembly to the side and secure it, tied up with wire.
  22. Otboltite left and right front suspension support of the power unit (23) .23 Connect the chain (38) lifts to lifting lugs of the power unit.
  23. Post on the winch motor and prop up the bottom assembly of the transmission (21).
  24. Remove the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (23).
  25. Remove the remaining bolts dome transmission to the engine.
  26. Carefully separate the engine from the transmission, lift it up and out of the engine compartment.
  27. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material to prepare for the removal of the engine is shown in illustrations - which include all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cover of the power unit.
  3. Ensure proper installation of lifting eyes of the engine - the rear lugs are reinforced structure.
  4. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  5. Remove vozduhootboynik (23) - only models engined 113,942.
  6. Disconnect the hose (16), drain the coolant from the radiator.
  7. Drain the engine oil (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  8. Remove the cooling fan assembly with the viscous coupling (1), - except for models equipped with engines of 113,981 and 113,965.

The thread is a right-hand cutting.

  1. Remove the fan cover (2)
  2. On models equipped with engines of 113,981 and 113,965, remove the electric fan cooling system.
  3. Set the screen to protect the radiator / condenser K / V.
  4. Remove the expansion tank (1).
  5. Remove the air cleaner assembly (7).
  6. Remove the resonator chamber (9) with a connecting sleeve (8) (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  7. Disconnect the water pump connecting hose (15).
  8. Remove the hose (17) coming from the radiator to the thermostat housing.
  9. On models equipped with engines of series 113, remove the heat sink (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
  10. Disconnect the vacuum line (5) connecting the servo amplifier to brake the rear part of the intake duct.
  11. Pump out the oil from the steering pump (19).
  12. Disconnect from the steering pump assembly (19) the pressure and return lines - immediately plug the open ends of the lines to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
  13. Disconnect the intake manifold vacuum line (6) of the regeneration path.
  14. Disconnect the fuel line (4).
  15. Remove line cooling path (14).
  16. Remove the accessory drive belt (3) (see chap. Engine).
  17. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the compressor K / V (10).
  18. Remove the hardware and disconnect the compressor K / V (10) of the timing cover.
  19. Remove the locker protection arches left front wheel (24) (models with engines of series 113).
  20. Remove the deflector (25) (models with engines of series 113).
  21. Disconnect from a final collector a reception pipe exhaust system (11).
  22. Remove the support bracket of the exhaust system (12).
  23. Otboltite rotation converter (20) from the start of the engine ring gear (21).
  24. Disconnect the electrical connectors left and right dokataliticheskih lambda probes (G3 / 3x1 and G3 / 4x1) on the transmission housing.
  25. Remove the starter mounting bolts, - Do not disconnect the wiring.
  26. Loosen the screws of the dome transmission to the engine, remove all bolts except for two upper (112 series engines) / lower (113 series engines).
  27. Give nuts supports the suspension of the power unit (18).
  28. On models with AT remove the oil filler tube on the right cylinder head.
  29. Connect the chain hoist to lifting eyes of the engine.
  30. Post prop engine and transmission (22).
  31. Remove the remaining two bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine and gently remove the last of the engine compartment of the vehicle.
  32. Installation is in the reverse order.
