Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline



Details of the installation of the intake pipe of the engine 111 series

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of the intake pipe of the engine 111 series are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove the air bypass pipe.
  4. Disconnect vacuum and electrical lines.
  5. Remove the fuel rail assembly with injectors (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  6. Release of intermediate clamps on the intake manifold of the engine wiring.
  7. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the crankshaft position sensor (CKP) and Knock (KS).
  8. Disconnect the starter circuit 50.
  9. Remove the actuator system of stabilization of turns of idling (ISC).
  10. Separate from the inlet pipeline accelerator cable.
  11. Loosen the screws (19/1) and nuts (19/2) and remove the intake manifold assembly (19).
  12. Installation is in the reverse order.
  13. Finally, check for correct installation of turns of idling and serviceability of functioning of the throttle.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of the inlet pipeline engine series 112 and 113 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. On models equipped with electronic ignition switch (EIS), remove the key from the ignition.
  3. Remove the cylinder head covers cover / air cleaner.
  4. Remove the hose inlet air path assembly with the air mass sensor (MAF).
  5. Disconnect from toplivoraspredelitelya supply line (17/2).
  6. Remove the fuel rail assembly with injectors (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  7. Remove the bolts (2/1) fastening the cylinder head cover.
  8. Disconnect the intake manifold (19), the vacuum lines.
  9. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  10. Unscrew the nut and remove the choke line (89/2) from the valve (89) of the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR).
  11. Remove the bolt (19/1) and remove the assembly combination valve (6).
  12. Remove the intake manifold (19).
  13. Installation is in the reverse order.
