Bolts of asterisks of camshafts must be replaced without fail.

Regulator camshaft

Details control setting camshaft engine series 111 (1 of 2)

Details control setting camshaft engine 111 series (2 of 2)

Details of the installation of a camshaft control on the motor 111 are shown in a series of illustrations, which include all the links in the text.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the cylinder head cover (18).
  2. Remove the front cover (23) of the cylinder head (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of timing).
  3. Provernuv the crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder in position of 20 ? after TDC and lock the camshafts (75 and 78), the locking pins (01).
  4. Marker, mark the position of the gas distribution chain (73) relative to the stars (76 and 13) the camshaft.
  5. Remove the chain tensioner (58) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  6. Remove the sprocket (76) of the exhaust camshaft.
  7. Remove the intake camshaft control.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Adjust on the regular place.
  2. Fill the circuit and put on a pin shaft sprocket (76).
  3. Install the chain tensioner (58).
  4. Remove the locking pins (01).
  5. Double cranked shaft in the normal direction, and then check the basic setting the camshaft (see. Section Setting up the base camshaft).
  6. Install front cover (23) of the cylinder head (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of timing).
  7. Install the cylinder head cover (18).

Camshafts

Details installing camshafts Engine Series 111

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of camshafts in the 111 series engines are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the front cylinder head cover (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of timing).
  3. Provernuv crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the first cylinder in the position of 30 ? after TDC, - in this situation the engine camshafts can be rotated without any risk of collision with the valve piston.
  4. Make sure all the basic setting shaft (see. Section Setting up the base camshaft), then mark the position of a marker of the gas distribution chain (73) relative to the stars (75 and 76) the camshaft.
  5. Remove the chain tensioner (14) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  6. Remove the sprocket (76) of the exhaust camshaft.
  7. Lift the chain (73) and remove the sprocket (75) of the intake camshaft.
  8. With open-end wrench (1) expand the camshafts (77 and 78) in such a way as to maximize ease developed by valve springs effort - cams should turn heel to the pusher.
  9. Mark the camshaft bearing caps, then unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the cover.
  10. Carefully remove camshafts from the cylinder head.
  11. Installation is in the reverse order - Ensure correct location of the bearing caps.

Bridges bearing caps of camshafts

Details of the installation of bridges bearing caps the camshaft engines series 112 and 113

Order of a tightening of bolts of fastening bridges bearing caps of camshafts on engines of the series 112

Order of a tightening of bolts of fastening bridges bearing caps of camshafts on engines of the series 113

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of bearing caps of camshafts on engines of the series 112 and 113 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cylinder head cover.
  3. Provernuv the crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder in position of 40 ? after TDC, in which there is no risk of collision with the piston valve when turning the camshaft.
  4. Remove the chain tensioner (A) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  5. Attach the gas distribution chain to the camshaft sprockets to prevent it from slipping.
  6. Operating in reverse order shown in the illustration to loosen and remove mounting bolts, then remove the bridges bearing caps.
  7. Installation is in the reverse order - tightening bolts bridge bearing caps of camshafts must be made strictly in order.

The rocker arm shaft

Details installation axis rocker arm valve drive on engines series 112 and 113

Details installation axis rocker arm valve drive on engines series 112 and 113 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the bridge camshaft bearing cap (see. Above).
  2. Gradually heat the casting of the bridge to a temperature of about 150 ? C - no more than 160 ? C!
  3. Place the bridge on the board (4) and remove the hollow rocker arm shaft (1), gently tapping it on the opposite side through a drift (1) 15 mm in diameter.
  4. Check the status of the axis and the rocker arm, replace faulty components.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Gradually heat the bridge to a temperature of 150 ? C, cool the rocker arm shaft and accurately zastuchite it to the bridge using the guide shaft diameter 16 (final assembly) or 18 (inlet assembly) millimeters - at zastukivanii axis at the same time remove the guide shaft, make sure that the rocker is not skewed.
  2. Align rocker arm shaft by threading a pair of mounting screws into the holes of the bridge closures.
  3. Install the bridge caps (see. Above).
