Removing and installing vibration damper / belt pulley
Details of installation of the vibration damper / pulley drive belt motor 111 series

- Remove the cooling fan assembly with the viscous coupling.
- Remove the fan casing (8).
- On models equipped with a suction fan, remove the fan assembly / electric fan K / V.
- With proper configuration, remove the belt drive compressor K / V (9a).
- Remove the accessory drive belt (9).
- Provernuv the crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder to TDC - pin crankshaft must turn woodruff key (7) upwards.
- With the help of a special device (3), lock the flywheel / drive disk.
- Remove the central bolt (5) and remove it along with Belleville washers (6).
- With the help of a stripper remove dvuhnozhechnogo assembly pulley / vibration damper (62).

- Remove the trim panel of the power unit.
- Remove vozduhootboynik.
- Remove the fan assembly from the viscous coupling (1) and the fan shroud assembly (3).
- Remove the accessory drive belt (2).
- By blocking the pulley teeth for vibration damper, unscrew the central bolt (4).
- Remove the assembly pulley / vibration damper (5).
- On engines M113 by prying with a screwdriver, remove the crankshaft front oil seal (7), - try not to damage the seating surface of the pulley.
- Installation is in the reverse order - when installing the gland, use a suitable mandrel, do not use any sealants.
