Removing and installing windscreen wiper arm

1. Wet the windshield with water.
2. Run a short time and turn off the wiper switch. Brushes should stop at the end position.
3. Mark the position of the brush when properly adjusted the lever on the glass, such as duct tape.
4. Open the hood.

5. Remove the nut (1) by approximately 2 turns, but do not remove it. Gently move the left lever (2) in different directions, so that he went down with axes. Completely unscrew the nut and remove the lever axis. If the lever is separated hard move under him a wrench and carefully remove the lever. For this purpose, you can use a special tool for removing, for example, HAZET 1966-05.

6. Remove the two nuts (3) and pull the right lever.

1. Make sure that the wiper motor is in an extreme position. If necessary, run the motor for a short time and stop switch.
2. Install the wiper arm on the axle and set of markings, applied with adhesive tape during removal.
3. Screw the nuts and tighten them by hand.
4. Recheck stop on the levers. To do this, close the hood, glass with water and soak for a short time to start the wiper. Levers must return to the set position, and should not go beyond the glass when cleaning glass.
5. If necessary, loosen the nut again and repeat the adjustment.
6. Secure the nuts to 20 Nm.
