Removing and installing rear spoiler

1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment.

Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio security code, if any, address to Section Replacement of the battery.

2. Open the tailgate, and remove the trim, refer to the appropriate section.

3. Remove the left and right of 4 plastic nuts (1) for the rear spoiler.

4. Torx screwdriver, one after another, unscrew several turns the 3 screws (2).
5. Disconnect the connector of an additional stoplight.
6. Press the inside retaining straps and squeeze out the mounting holes in the tailgate outside the plug connector of an additional stoplight.
7. Remove one by one, to avoid deformation of the rear spoiler, the 3 screws (2).

Screws are located in the rear spoiler and tailgate are turned from the outside.

8. Remove the rear spoiler from the tailgate. When closing the tailgate, make sure that to Skewing towards the roof of the car.

1. Close tailgate and install the spoiler on the tailgate. Making sure the correct position of the spoiler and that the screws went into the hole deep enough.
2. Carefully open the tailgate, making sure that the spoiler Skewing towards the roof of the car.
3. Screw a few turns alternately 3 screws.
4. Insert the plug connector mounting hole of additional stoplight and Dock connector.
5. Tighten the bolts in turn three.
6. Screw the 4 plastic nuts on the left and the right.
7. Refit the tailgate, refer to the appropriate section.
8. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. Enter the code of the radio and set the time on the clock.
