Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the right front wheel and locker right front wheel arch.
  2. Drain the engine oil (see chap. Adjustment and car routine maintenance).
  3. Remove the following components:
  4. Fix the engine, setting him on the lifting eyes and hung out on the winch. Alternatively, you can prop up the engine a jack. Remove the rack right engine mount bracket and both the right support (see. Section Removal and installation of the power unit).
  5. Remove the generator (see chap. Systems of an electric motor) and the front cylinder head cover (see. Section Removal, check and installation of camshafts).
  1. Remove the auxiliary cylinder head bolts.
  1. Set the first cylinder to TDC, as described in Section Removal, check and installation of camshafts.
  1. Using the starter mounting hole, attach the flywheel lock to prevent cranking. Alternatively, you can lock the counterweight of the crankshaft using a hammer handle after removing the upper section of the oil pan.
  1. Remove the bolt of the crankshaft.

Do not remove the mounting bolts, as They are used as supports for the pulley puller.

  1. Install puller jaws (1) in the groove of the pulley (2) and remove the crankshaft pulley.
  1. Remove the front cover of the cylinder assembly brackets intermediate pulley accessory drive belt (see. Section Replacing the accessory drive belt and the intermediate roller belts).
  2. Carefully, trying not to damage front oil seal or bushing, remove the drive sleeve of the oil pump with long tongs or two screwdrivers.
  1. Turn out bolts of AC, in the diagram, and remove the front cover of the cylinder.

Do not damage the front of the cylinder head gasket. If this happens, replace the gasket (see. Section Removal and installation, disassembly and reassembly of the cylinder head).

  1. Remove the cylinder O-ring.
  1. Warm up the pins (1) of the front cover of the cylinder with a hair dryer (2) and remove the clamp pins (3).
  1. Remove the front oil seal by pushing a screwdriver inside the front cover outwards.
  2. As described in Section Removal, check and installation of camshafts, set the control phase of the intake valves to the maximum advance, remove the timing chain tensioner and the camshaft sprocket.

At the same time make a mark on the circuit is not required.

  1. Remove the chain, its guide and tensioner arm. Check the chain for cracks and wear rivets.
  2. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.

Setting

Install sprocket chain, its guide and tensioner arm

1 - lilac or orange link
2 - the outer circumference
3 - Risks
4 - pin camshaft
5 - Embossed label
6 - the exhaust camshaft sprocket
7 - the inlet camshaft sprocket
8 - timing chain tensioner
9 - The key crankshaft
10 - Blue Link
11 - Timing Chain
12 - the crankshaft sprocket
13 - Lever chain tensioner
14 - Chain guide

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Completely remove any remnants of the old gasket mating surfaces of the parts removed.
  2. Set sprocket timing chain, its guide and tensioner so that various labels placed on them in accordance with the illustration above and facing outward.

Install these components in the following order: crankshaft sprocket and chain tensioner arm, guide chains, sprockets camshaft chain tensioner.

  1. Temporarily install the drive sleeve of the oil pump, crankshaft pulley and pulley mounting bolt to the crankshaft could crank.
  2. Turn the crankshaft clockwise to control the phase of the intake valves to the maximum delay (see. Section Removal, check and installation of camshafts).
  3. Once again cranked shaft a few turns clockwise and make sure the coincidence of the timing marks.
  4. Remove the crankshaft pulley and the drive sleeve of the oil pump.
  5. Using a suitable punch or a piece of pipe of suitable diameter press in front oil seal to the front cover of the cylinder stamping out.
  1. Install the engine block new O-ring (1) with a screwdriver and apply a sealant to seal the joint between the cylinder head and cylinder block in two places (2).
  1. Apply seal at the back of the front cover and the cylinder on the upper surface of the front cover.
  1. As shown in the illustration, install the front cover (1) as tight as possible to the cylinder block (2), moving it parallel to the crankshaft and always leaving a small gap between the lid and gasket (3) of the cylinder head. Then slide the cover on a diagonal to the joint block and the cylinder head so that the cover was associated with the cylinder head gasket.
  1. Temporarily secure the front cover and press in several bolts through her pins into the cylinder block.

  1. Temporarily tighten the bolts of the front cover and support the cylinder head bolts. Then tighten these bolts with demanded effort.
  1. Align the flat surface of the drive sleeve of the oil pump with the inner gear and install the sleeve, taking care not to damage the radial seal.

If necessary, rotate the internal gear pump with a screwdriver.

  1. Install the intermediate bracket assembly roller accessory drive belt (see. Section Replacing the accessory drive belt and the intermediate roller belts).
  2. Install the crankshaft pulley and tighten a bolt of its fastening.

At the same time the crankshaft has to be blocked as when removing the pulley.

  1. Install the front cylinder head cover (see. Section Removal, check and installation of camshafts).
  2. Install the bracket and stand right engine mounts.
  3. Further installation is performed in the reverse order of dismantle of components.
  4. After at least 30 minutes after installing the warm up the engine and check for leaks motor oil.
