Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the air intake hose and air cleaner assembly covers (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path). Remove hose PCV (between the intake manifold and cylinder head cover) from the intake manifold. Remove the bolt support bracket (1 in the illustration above). Give nuts and bolts in the reverse order specified in the illustration Sequence of a tightening of fasteners of the intake pipe. Sequence of a tightening of fasteners of the intake pipe Giving Away nuts ?„–5 ?„–6 in the illustration Sequence of a tightening of fasteners of the intake pipe when removing the semantic load does not bear; the giving and tightening the nuts and ?„–4 ?„–5 can be alleviated by setting the key in the corresponding recesses (2 in the illustration Giving Away nuts ?„–5). Remove the intake manifold. Installation is in the reverse order. Pay attention to the cleanliness and flatness of the mating surfaces. Tighten the fasteners in the sequence indicated in the illustration Sequence of a tightening of fasteners of the intake pipe. ?„–6 in the illustration Sequence of a tightening of fixture of the inlet pipeline points to re-tightening of bolts ?„–1.
