2 - the inlet pipeline
3 - the fuel vapor separator
4 - temperature-sensitive valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  2. Remove the air cleaner and disconnect hoses of giving and fuel return from the fuel vapor separator.
  3. Drain the cooling system.
  4. Loosen the hose clamps and remove the upper radiator hose and heater hose from the intake manifold.
  5. Loosen the nuts to the bracket the throttle cable. Turn the actuating lever, completely open the valve and remove the tip of a cable from the holder. Pull the cable to the side to remove it from the workspace.

  12. Trying to prevent dirt from entering the engine, carefully remove the inlet pipeline. Discard the old gasket.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Carefully smooth mating surfaces and check flatness. If necessary, make the pipeline bore.
  2. It is mandatory to replace the gasket.
  3. In several stages, spiraling from the center of the pipe to the outside, tighten fixture with demanded effort.
  4. Restore all source connecting wiring, vacuum, fuel and cooling lines.
  5. Fill the cooling system.
  6. Start the engine and check the vacuum loss and leakage of fuel, oil and water.
