Removing and installing oil pan and oil pump maslozabornika
Withdrawal  | To perform this operation you will need a tool for cutting the sealant. |
| - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props.
- Remove the drain plug and drain the sump engine oil in a suitable container. Screw the cap, tightening it firmly.
- Give bolts of the engine to the transmission reinforcement brackets, remove the brackets from the engine.
- Gradually, in divided doses, give bolts sump. Giving Away produce in diagonal order, moving from the edges of the pan to the middle.
- Using a special tool, cut the pillow of hermetic seal through which the tray is attached to the crankcase.
- If necessary, give fixing bolts and remove the engine oil pump maslozabornik. Discard the O-ring.

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | - Sand mating surfaces of the pallet and the crankcase, carefully removing all traces of the old gasket material.
- Inspect sump, checking flange for mechanical damage. Perform the necessary repair or replace the defective pallet.
- Rinse the inner surface of the pallet and the assembly maslozabornika suitable solvent, completely eliminating traces of carbon deposits and sludge.
- Set maslozabornik oil pump with a new sealing ring and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort 16 ÷ 21 Nm.
 | - When used for hermetic sealing planting tray lay in the groove of the flange and around the bolt holes therein pillow quality sealant sectional diameter 3.5 ÷ 4.5 mm. Within no more than five minutes after laying the sealant push the tray to the unit, taking care not to disrupt the continuity of pillows. Then screw the mounting bolts and tighten them with demanded effort shown in the accompanying illustration on the right.

- Install reinforcement bracket by tightening the bolts of their fastening with demanded effort.
- Fill fresh oil into the engine, then start the engine and check for leaks.
| Begin to pour the engine oil is not earlier than thirty minutes after installation of the pallet. |
