Checking the pads front and rear brakes.



BRAKE PADS FRONT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lock the rear wheels, set the parking brake, then lift the car and establish on supports. Remove the front wheels.
2. Quickly check the residual thickness of the lining material on the pads, you can through a window in the front brake caliper. For more details check the brake pads can be removed and cleaned. After removing the pads, you can check the status of the brake cylinder and the brake caliper disc (see. Subsection 11.7 and subsection 11.5).
3. If the residual thickness of the lining at least one standard value corresponds to, or exceeds this value, replace all four brake pads in the kit.

SHOES rear brakes

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lock the front wheel, lift the rear of the car and establish on supports. Remove the rear wheels.
2. Quickly check the residual thickness of the lining material on the pads, you can through a window in the front brake caliper. For more details check the brake pads can be removed and cleaned. After removing the pads, you can check the status of the brake cylinder and the brake caliper disc (see. Subsection 11.8 and subsection 11.5).
3. If the residual thickness of the lining at least one standard value corresponds to, or exceeds this value, replace all four brake pads in the kit.
