Caliper rear brake



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise the rear of the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Release the cover of a cable of a manual brake, disconnect the cable from the lever on the support.
4. In order to reduce fluid loss tighten the tank stopper paving plastic film or press hoses.
5. Clean the ring hose connection and remove the bolt, damp hole.
6. Remove the two gaskets.
7. Remove the pads.
8. Remove the bolt of the upper finger support.
9. Remove the caliper bracket.
10. If necessary, you can remove from a pin support arm.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean the caliper.
2. Remove the fingers behind the head bolts that screw in his fingers.
3. Remove the rubber finger covers.
4. Turn (turn counterclockwise) and remove the piston from the cylinder.
5. Remove the cover.
6. Squeeze the spring cylinder, pushing the cap, and remove the retaining ring from the groove of the cylinder.
7. Gradually releasing the spring, remove the snap ring, the cap, spring, locking plate, pusher and girth.
8. A wooden stick, remove the seal cylinder.
9. Unhook the spring from the hand brake lever, unscrew the nut and remove the lever from a support.
10. Rinse all parts in clean brake fluid or alcohol.
11. All seals and covers must be replaced.
12. Check the slide, carefully inspect the inner surface of the piston and the cylinder, replace worn parts. A support or support arm to separate parts are not supplied.
13. Minor defects on the cylinder are eliminated by polishing fine sandpaper, then the piston with the same defects must be replaced. Polishing piston prohibited.
14. Check the condition of the threads on the fingers of a support, fingers play in a support should be absent.
15. Bleed the brake fluid channels.
16. Before assembly, check the cleanliness of all the details.
17. Put the new cover on the eccentric handbrake lever.
18. Install the spring, washer and tighten the nut.
19. Lubricate the cam brake fluid and replace the caliper.
20. Make sure that the rotation of the lever in the eccentric groove is aligned with the hole in the pusher.
21. Put the spring arm.
22. Dip the new seal in the liquid cylinder and set in the groove of the cylinder.
23. Put the pusher new sealing ring and lubricate the rubber spacer and oil pusher.
24. Install all the parts in the caliper.
25. Install the locking plate so that the groove fell on the flat portion of the pusher and the bulge coincided with a recess in the caliper.
26. Install the snap ring.
27. Install the spring and the cap, squeeze the spring and install the snap ring.
28. Coat the lip of the rubber cover cylinder oil, and put on the piston.
29. Lubricate the brake fluid piston and the cylinder wall in the caliper, the piston in the cylinder screw by turning it clockwise.
30. Put the cover on the second edge support.
31. Put the new covers on the fingers of a support.
32. Replace the rubber plug on the top finger.
33. Before setting the caliper brake fluid grease fingers.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the support arm on the pin, tighten the bolts.
2. Install the caliper, coat the threads of the bolt of the upper finger fixing structure and tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
3. Install the pads.
4. Check the freedom of movement of the caliper bracket.
5. Attach the hose, setting two pads and tightening the screw ring fitting.
6. Connect the cable of a manual brake lever, set the bracket. On the shell of the car, insert the cable into the bracket and the projection on the bracket align with the groove on the body support.
7. Remove the plastic lining of the tank cap (or remove the clamp from the hose).
8. Bleed the brake wheel (if you do not violate the integrity of the other circuits).
9. Press a few times on the brake pedal.
10. Establish wheels, lower the car.
11. Before leaving, check the brakes.
