Disc brakes
WHEELS Front brakes A warning Discs are changed only in pairs, and with a set of pads.
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports. | 2. Remove the wheels. | 3. Slowly rotating, check the condition of the disc, if necessary, remove the pads. | 4. The disc must be replaced when it has cracks and deep development. | 5. If the disc has a shoulder wear caused, it is necessary to measure the thickness of the disc. | 6. The thickness is measured at several points as the point of contact with the pads and on the edge. | 7. If the thickness of the wear in places equal to or less than the limit, the disc must be replaced. | 8. Check the adjustment of the bearing hub, then check the run-out drive using an indicator or paving the probes, for example between the disc and the caliper bracket. | 9. If the runout exceeds the norm, then remove the disc, turn and reinstall the hub. | 10. If the runout exceeds the norm again, replace the disk. | 11. Check the condition of the disc attachment points, damage elsewhere. |

Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Lift the car and remove a wheel. | 2. Remove the two bolts on the caliper bracket, remove the support, take aside and fix. | 3. If the drive will not change, then apply the label on the relative orientation of the disc and hub. | 4. Remove the drive wheel from the mounting studs. | 5. If the drive can not be cleared, slide it evenly wrapping M8 bolts into the threaded holes. |

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Clean the split surface of the hub and the disc. | 2. Place the disc, aligning labeling (if installed remove the disc). | 3. With the new drive, remove the preservative. | 4. Install the caliper bolts to the specified torque. | 5. Press several times on the brake pedal. | 6. Establish a wheel, lower the car. Before leaving, check the brakes. |

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Follow the steps | 2. Connect the cable to the lever. | 3. On the part of the vehicle, insert the cable cover in the bracket and the projection on the bracket align with the groove on the body support. | 4. Turn on the handbrake as long until the desired gap between the pads and the disk. | 5. Press several times on the brake pedal. | 6. Establish a wheel, lower the car. | 7. Before leaving, check the brakes. |
