Fuel pump
A warning  See Precautions Section 6.3.1 before proceeding.
Withdrawal
The pump is removed along with the fuel level sensor.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the sensor through the instructions in section 6.3.1.9. | | 2. If necessary, remove the filter element from the base of the fuel pump, then release the retaining clips and remove the plastic covers from the fuel pump. | | 3. Clean the fuel filter in a solution with a high flash point. | | 4. Inspect the filter for signs of clogging or cracks, and replace it if necessary. |

Setting
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. If necessary, install the plastic covers on the pump and set the filter. | | 2. Make sure the covers are securely installed on the pump, then set the fuel gauge on the pump and install it, the instructions given in section 6.3.1.9. |
