| 1. Remove the throttle body to the instructions given in Section 6.3.1.11. |
| 2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system, guided by the instructions resulted in subsection 2.4.5. |
| 3. Remember or mark the position of the installation of all vacuum hoses and hoses of system of cooling of the intake manifold. |
| 4. Disconnect from the inlet of the collector and, if necessary, from the corresponding vacuum valves. |
| 5. In order to avoid confusion when installing the hoses, mark each of the hoses when removing. |
| 6. On models with catalytic converter Unscrew the nut of the connection and disconnect the EGR tube connecting the inlet and outlet manifolds of the valve on the left side of the intake manifold. |
| 7. Disconnect the connection of the coolant temperature sensor on the right side of the collector. |
| 8. If necessary, turn off fixing bolts and disconnect the wire (weight (from the intake manifold. |
| 9. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the mounting bracket behind the intake manifold. |
| 10. Make sure that all vacuum / vent hoses are disconnected from the intake manifold. |
 | 11. In reverse order unscrew and remove the fixing nuts and bolts. |
| 12. Remove the intake manifold to the cylinder head and remove it from the engine compartment, and then remove the intake manifold gasket and discard it. |
