Crankshaft



The order of removal, inspection and installation of the crankshaft is the same as at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l (see. Subsection 2.2.1.13).

Different data are shown below.

The axial clearance of the crankshaft 0,07-0,17 mm.

Maximum permissible axial clearance of 0.37 mm.

The nominal diameter of a radical neck 53,958-53,978 mm.

Permissible runout at the average radical neck 0.06 mm.

Allowable gap between the main bearing shells and crankshaft journals of 0.17 mm.

Allowable gap between the pads and the connecting rod bearings, crankshaft journals 0.12 mm.

Tightening torque rod bolt:

- M9h1h15 threaded bolt - 50 Nm (5.0 kgf-m);
- M8h1h25 threaded bolt - 30 Nm (3.0 kgf-m).
