Removal, installation and adjustment of the air damper rods carburettor
Mount thrust the choke on the carburetor 31R1S-7 1 - choke; 2 - the screw of adjustment of the speed of the engine start-up; 3 - the lever throttle control; 4 - the screw of fastening of a cable;
| 5 - pull the choke wire; 6 - an arm of fastening of draft air damper; 7 - shell pull the choke; A - mark on the lever pull the choke |
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery. | 2. Remove the air filter. | 3. Unscrew the screw 4 and screw the bracket 6. | 4. Remove the rod from the lever arm 6 and 1. | 5. Remove the shelf under the dashboard on the driver side. | 6. Disconnect the fixation rod to the panel front end. | 7. Pull the rod into the car. |
|
Install thrust in reverse order. Before installing the air filter to adjust traction.
Adjusting the choke gap | 1 - pull the choke diaphragm actuator;
2 - the screw of adjustment of a backlash air damper;
3 - Drill;
4 - choke carburetor |
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. In the carburetor with manual suction disconnect a cable 5 (see. Fig. Mount thrust the choke on the carburetor 31R1S-7) on the lever 1. Turn the lever 1 so that the air damper is closed. 31 Remove the cover (see. Fig. Carburettor parts 31R1S-7) with a bimetallic spring. | 2. In the carburetor with automatic suction to remove the cover 31 with a bimetallic spring. Close the choke. | 3. Drown diaphragm actuator rod 1 the choke all the way. | 4. Measure the gap between the choke and the neck. It should be equal to 1.6-2.0 mm. The gap can be measured by means of a drill. | 5. If the gap does not fit within these limits, adjust the rotation of the screw 2, after removing a screw cap. | 6. Install the cover 31 (see. Fig. Carburettor parts 31R1S-7) so that the mark on the lid coincides with the mark on the body of the carburetor. | 7. carburetor with manual suction connect the cable 5 (see. Fig. Mount thrust the choke on the carburetor 31R1S-7). |
|
Adjusting the speed of the engine start-up 1 - choke; 2 - the screw of adjustment of the speed of the engine start-up; | A - the gap between the lever and the adjusting screw in the air damper fully open |
In the carburetor with manual suction adjustment in the following order:
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Connect to the engine control tachometer. | 2. Pull out the knob pull the choke (choke). | 3. Start the engine and check the tachometer on the control speed of the engine start-up, it should be 2600 ? 100 min -1. | 4. If the speed is different from the above, adjust it by turning the screw 2 (see. Fig. Mount thrust the choke on the carburetor 31R1S-7) by removing the protective cap (if installed). |
|
In the carburetor with automatic suction adjustment in the following order:
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Connect to the engine control tachometer. | 2. Start the engine and set screw 2 on the third tooth of the lever 1. | 3. A diagnostic tachometer check engine starting speed, which should be 2600 ? 100 min -1. | 4. If the speed is different from the above, adjust it by turning the screw 2 by removing the protective cap. | 5. Fully open the choke and measure the gap between the arm A 1 and the adjusting screw 2. The clearance A must be equal to 0.2 mm. |
|
Adjusting the accelerator pump 1 - nut traction accelerating pump; | 2 - adjusting screw accelerator pump |
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the carburetor. | 2. Remove the cover of the carburetor float chamber to fill with fuel and set the carburettor cover. | 3. Put a carburetor measuring beaker with a funnel. | 4. Fully open the choke and secure it in this position, for example, tying wire. | 5. Slowly turn the throttle valve from stop to stop 10 times, spending at every turn about 3 seconds, resulting in this action the accelerating pump. | 6. Measure the amount of fuel in the beaker and divide by 10. We obtain the amount of fuel that feeds the accelerating pump for one cycle. This value shall be 0,85-1,1 cm3. | 7. If necessary, adjust the performance of the accelerator pump screw nut 1 or 2. | 8. Pay attention to the fact that the fuel spray injected from the gap between the throttle valve and the neck. If necessary, you can bend the spray of the accelerating pump. |
|
Adjusting the idle speed
The adjustment is made in a warm engine to adjust the clearance in the mechanism of the valve and ignition timing correctly installed in the following order:
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Turn off all power consumers. | 2. Disconnect the hose from the air filter crankcase ventilation and drown him. | 3. Connect the control tachometer and analyzer. | 4. The adjustment screw 15 (see. Fig. Carburettor parts 31R1S-7) amount of the mixture to adjust the engine speed within 950 ? 50 min -1. | 5. The adjustment screw 10 quality (composition) of a mixture of set levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gases is not more than 1% ? 0.5. | 6. Check and, if necessary, to restore the idle speed. Check and, if necessary, to restore the CO content in the exhaust gases. |
|
Check the heating element
Check Heating element 4 (see. Fig. Carburettor parts 31R1S-7) may be disconnecting the wire from the connecting pads on top of the carburetor. To connect the wires of the lamp, the second wire from the light bulb connected to the positive terminal of the battery. The lamp should be on. If the lamp is not lit, then heats the item is defective and should be replaced.
